“The Hill House Inn's charm resides in its location, a short walk from Mendocino, and in its warm, welcoming staff; the building shows its age, but some find that adds to its nostalgic appeal. For travelers who value a friendly atmosphere and proximity to town over modern frills, this inn presents a reasonable option. It's a place where location and service outweigh the need for constant updates.”
